What the portal checks.

Most rejections come from one of these four things.

  • Exact pixels — width × height is validated, not the ratio.
  • Under the limit — JPEG quality is lowered until the file fits.
  • Plain background — white unless the notice says otherwise.
  • Face fills the frame — zoom until the head sits inside the guide.

    Are my files uploaded anywhere?

    No. Cropping, compression and merging run in your browser. Only the page's libraries and the news list are downloaded.

    Are the sizes always right?

    They follow the most recent notifications, but portals change their rules. Check the current notice, and use Custom if yours differs. Exams marked “check sizes” use passport-size defaults.

    Why is my PNG over the limit?

    PNG files cannot be shrunk to a KB target. Save the file as JPG instead and GovForms finds the highest quality that fits.

    How do I get a clean signature from a phone photo?

    Sign on white paper, photograph it in daylight and keep “Clean paper background” on.

    Where do I add a thumb impression or declaration?

    Pick a bank exam (IBPS, SBI, RBI) and the extra slots appear with the right sizes.

    Can I install it as an app?

    Yes. Android and desktop Chrome: tap Install in the header. iPhone or iPad: Safari → Share → Add to Home Screen.

    Are there keyboard shortcuts?

    / opens the exam picker, Ctrl + Enter processes, Ctrl + V pastes an image and Esc closes.
